How should we travel in Washington DC?🏛

My boyfriend and i are planning on traveling to Washington D.C soon. We read some reviews that said the road signs are hard to understand and there is so many accidents that happen often so it’s better to take a cab but then other reviews said it is easy to drive yourself. Sooo if any of you ladies have been to DC or live there please help me. Thank you for reading this 😊💜

Driving in DC is really difficult and theres TONS of traffic... often it’s actually faster to walk than to drive places lol

If you have unlimited funds, an Uber would be the most comfortable option. But assuming you don’t want to spend an excessive amount on transportation, I’d go with the bus.

Me and my fiancé just went to DC this past October and definitely use Uber / Lyft. They also have an app exclusive to DC and other bigger cities called Via that gives you discounts on your first few rides.
