Rant!!!!

I LOVE having a clinic that refuses to answer any phone calls when you're expecting test results 😠 I called and they either didn't freaking answer or gave me the excuse "she hasn't seen it yet, as soon as she comes back here I'll tell her to call" or "I'll tell her nurse to tell her to call" I'm seriously considering switching clinics this is stupid. You are supposed to receive a call back as soon as your results are in but no, they make you call them and you have to call 10+ times and remind them that you've been waiting. If sh hasn't called by 4 I'm calling back and telling them I want my freaking results the wait is killing me 😒😠 "she has a lot of patients to see" this would take 1 freaking minute out of the whole day and obs leave at a certain time. I guess I won't be getting my results today even though they came back an hour after I left and she could have gave them to me at the office 😠😠😠
