How do I do kegals or how do I know if there being done correctly ? I start by squeezing my urethra then vagina then somewhat my butt. All in one squeeze . Or like should I image if I have a penis in me and squeeze the penis? When should I see results . How often should I do them? 3x a day? Or 3x every other day?
