Yes, though I do not give much importance to that first impression. I have noticed that if I get to know people and I get to like their personality, they get more attractive as well.

I base my opinions on the way someone wants to carry themselves, not based off of the way they may end looking. I used to work with this girl, she was as pretty as can be, but her insecurities and way she carried herself helped ruin her pretty face.

I know my first impression about a woman is what society has made me conditioned to think and then my second thought is generally what I actually think.

Me personally as a woman I don’t notice anything. As for my mother she notices everything and not in a good way the quick to judge omg what was she thinking point never a nice thing to say about anyone. As for men sadly you can’t see your personality from across a room all they can see if your body, your smile and they know within a few minutes of conversation, their level of interest. But it’s usually physical for men. They are visual creatures hence the porn and lingerie industry.

Not gonna lie. I literally dont care about some other women's looks.  So I never bother assessing that. 
You gotta be a whole several levels above for me to bother taking notice.
