Should I break up with my boyfriend over this

So basically my boyfriend and I always have problems about hiding things and stuff but today when I came over I saw that he has a hidden phone under his bed and it had a fake acc logged into YouTube and he was watching videos from this girl he says is cute. He always tells me “I don’t look at other girls I don’t watch other girls” I tell him I don’t mind but he always says I don’t want to it’s weird. I’m not bothered that he’s watching other girls but that he tells me he doesn’t and thinks it’s weird and then I find his old phone with videos on it that he swears he doesn’t watch. It’s more of a trust issue honestly. It’s just weird because he’s using a different account (one that I can’t see and that he’s hiding) It hurts my feelings that he thinks other girls are attractive ik I’m being a little bitch but also he made a joke that said “that was the most workout you’ve had in months” and I’m feeling really under appreciated and kind of made fun of. The other day I spent 2 hours just on my hair and he said nothing about it and when we were watching a movie he commented on a girls hair in the movie. I know I shouldn’t get butthurt about this kind of stuff but I don’t know how to feel better about or what to do, please comment and help me I just need reassurance and advice from someone even if it’s not from my boyfriend.
