Remedies for periods cramps and UTI’s?

Is anyone experiencing really sore painful cramps? Been to the doctors got a prescription for antibiotics. Like I’ll be fine then I’ll get a stabbing pain up my back. End up in tears with it. It’s agony. I’ve also had itching so think it could be thrush and hairs coming through. Feel so tired all the time. Having constant migraines and eating the entirety of the cupboards. Like a greedy bitch. Feel so nauseous as well. It’s horrible.
