PLEASE HELP advice :(

I am 38 + 3 today and I have had a scan. Baby boy is measuring big ( 8lb 7oz ) and I am small so they want to delivery the baby before he reaches 9lbs.

I have the choice between induction and c - section.... I do not know what to go with!

My doctors have advised that with the induction there is a chance the baby can get his shoulders stuck and potentially fractured ( this is why I am leaning towards c-section)

If I think about having a c section I feel bad because I’m not even trying to do it ‘naturally’ but then if I do go ahead with the induction then that can cause a lot of stress on me and the baby?

I had a sweep done today and I’m not even dilated so is there any point of an induction if my body and the baby isn’t ready? Would it be safer to just get him out quickly via c -section!??

I need help :(
