Important question about hcg

Hi guys, i’ve been checking my hcg for 2 weeks as my doctor told me to see if my levels rise properly, im a little confused.

I had my lmp on dec 16th, and according to the ovulation test dec 27 was peak.

So im 19dpo and its been 30days past lmp.

My doctor said two days ago(13/01) that i should be about 4weeks pregnant and my hcg was 140 on 10/01, he said we should wait about two more weeks until we see hcg levels around 2000 so that we can the sac.

Today i got my hcg test, and it’s 2108!!

Im confused, do you think im more than 4 weeks? Cuz these results show that im 5-6w according to the charts i saw on the web.

Or do you think it might be multiples?

I have to wait until feb 1st to see my doctor so im freaking out...

I’d appreciate any answer..
