If they are lumpy, you’re not draining them completely and you have clogged ducts. Coconut oil is the best for nipples

Mine get super hard when it is time to feed/pump again. Usually they are good for 2-3 hours, then I start to feel it. At night is the worst because my baby will sleep for like 5 hours at a time and I wake up with my boobs so hard and uncomfortable!
Also, lanolin cream after EVERY feed helps. If I skip it, I feel it. My baby is almost 7 weeks now.
