Newborn vomiting!

Anyone else’s baby vomits at least once a day? My baby is 2 months old and at least once a day she vomits her entire feeding. She drinks the same amount when bottle fed and obviously idk how much she gets when I breast feed but could it be she’s over eating? If she doesn’t eat the amount we have been giving her she still shows signs of hunger or a half and hour later will scream because she’s hungry. I’m at a loss!

I do burp her half way through each feeding and I sit her up when feeding.

I do have a doc appt for her in a few days.
