Car rides

So my daughter is 3 1/2 months old and she HATES being in the car! My husbands sister lives literally 2 minutes from our house and I had to pull into her driveway and calm my daughter down just to turn around and go home. I’ve tried everything, the pacifier, a crib toy that lights up and plays white noise, riding in the back with her (when I can) and even just letting her scream it out. I don’t know what else to do. Any other moms out there dealing with the same problem? It’s to the point where I don’t want to leave my house.
