Eating my heart out!!

Starting a (mostly) liquid diet on Monday so I’ve got 4 days to eat my heart out!!

I will be doing 3 meal replacements a day, along with fresh fruits and veggies, as well as nuts, oats and seeds!

I’m actually a little excited!

*Doctor approved, short term diet. I’m aware that this is a “crash diet” and will only work if I change my lifestyle as well. I just need a boost losing the first 5-10 pounds.

*No negativity, I don’t need all that shit! I’m getting fit & healthy again!!
