INTERMITTENT FASTING
im looking into starting 16/8 fasting so ill be eating from 12pm-8pm. i usually go to bed at like 10 so i shouldnt be to difficult..my goal is to have a 26 inch waist by may im a currently 28inches.. i go to the gym and do strength training and cardio as well. but my biggest problem is my mid section. my goal isnt necessarily to lose weight just inches on my waist .. do you think this will be beneficial to me. would you recommend it ?
