Tanking milk supply and pumping

Anyone else experience a huge drop in supply recently? Babe is eating more solids so I’m producing less and I’m at work during the day so I pump. I feel like I can never pump as much as he drinks bc the pump isn’t as efficient. Almost every day I’ve been at work he’s been having an extra bag from the freezer stash (very small stash). Plus I have my period which isn’t helping. I was planning on transitioning to milk soon but he has a severe cows milk allergy (in addition to other allergies) so I’m nervous about giving him another type of milk.
