Probably a dumb question y’all
But I’m weirdly afraid of diastasis recti. I never noticed it with my first baby. But I’m pregnant with my second and can tell there clearly about an inch gap between my abdominal muscles on each side. You can see it just looking at my belly and I can feel it. Is this normal in pregnancy and will likely resolve after birth? Or should I plan on having to heal it postpartum? Thanks all.
