I’m a little worried

Found out this week I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby. I’m over the moon but worried as had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy in Dec 18. I also had my Gallbladder removed at the end of December it was key hole and they tested for pregnancy and was negative at the time as they wouldn’t have done it. I’m still healing internally and slightly worried about what will happen! Due around the 20th September all being well! Anyone else had surgery then found out they’re pregnant? I so wasn’t expecting this we had even gone to see the fertility doctor as tried again for a year and nothing!
