Fever with no other symptoms but the chills ?

I don’t feel a cold coming , my breasts don’t really hurt so I’m not sure it could be anything related to that , I don’t notice any foul smell in my bleeding , what could it be ? 3 weeks pp

Keep an eye on your breasts and see if any spots feel more tender. Also check for redness on your breasts. I had mastitis this week and it started Tuesday with a fever and chills and breast pain just on one side when the boob was pressed against and then it got red. Put on antibiotics and 2 days later it had spread to the other side. It is not fun but if it is mastitis they will put you on antibiotics right away.

Did you have a csection? Could be a sign of infection...I'd call the doc for sure

At 3 weeks PP, I woke up overnight with bad chills and fever to 103F.  Right breast was mildly engorged (but not really red or tender), so I assumed mastitis and got a clinic appt for that afternoon.  By then, my fever had gone down and my LO had drained my breasts.  Doc thought maybe it was the start of mastitis that baby was able to relieve with feeding, but we’re really not sure.  They did a pelvic exam to make sure it wasn’t my uterus and checked for a UTI too, just in case.  Hasn’t happened again thankfully!  If it’s consistent, I’d say to call in to your provider.
