hi everyone,

my sister had been pregnant for 9 months and her 8 year-old son was very excited about his sister. 2 days ago the baby was diagnosed with abnormalities (at the very late moment because of low technology and doctor experience in my home city) and my sister had to undergo an operation to take the baby out. It didnt went well. my family now is looking for a proper way to tell my nephew because he very easily becomes obsessed with such topic (my father passed away 2 years ago and my nephew could not sleep or go near his room for months).

he has a lively imagination and likes to imagine a lot. i hope somebody over here could help suggest an explanation for us.
