Is it my period?

I’ll be 7 weeks pp on Monday. My bleeding stopped at around week 2/3. Ive had the normal pink/brown discharge. It pretty much stopped at the beginning of the week then yesterday I had more brown. Then today I’ve had a little bit of bright red blood. 
I’ve been pumping and exclusively breast feeding for 3 weeks now, is it possible this is the start of my period returning? Or just apart of the pp discharge?

Same thing with me! I hope it’s just pp residual bleeding. But I have had some long stretches between feeding/pumping cause my baby sleeps long stretches during the day. So I hear if you don’t pump/feed close enough, your body will think the baby is older and your period can come sooner.

Could be a period. You’ll find out soon since it would continue and maybe increase a bit if it’s your period, would be my guess. Lots of women who breastfeed still get periods 🤷🏻‍♀️
