HELP!!!!!

guys so i just got back from my boyfriends house i was there since 4 pm and i had to pee so bad but we couldn’t bc they’re doing work on it so i held it till i got home just now but while i was there we had sex twice and he came in me both times and basically everything was fine till i just got home i went and peed and a few minutes later i was in the kitchen standing up talking to my mom and all of a sudden a sharp pain all over my lower stomach comes and it makes me lose my train of thought so i sat down and was eating and it still hurt so i got up and i could barely walk and stand up straight but i made iy to my room and layed down but it still hurt so bad i was running out of breath so now i’m in a warm bath and it feels a little better but it still hurts does anyone have any idea what this could be???? i have insulin resistance idk if that matters but i’ve never felt anything like this do i need to go to the hospital? it feels tight and it’s radiating it’s from the top of my vag around my clit to my ovaries to my belly button almost please help

btw i’m 3 days late but i’m just stressed so yesterday i took 2 preg test both clearly negative
