Cramping before a period?

Is cramping before getting a period normal? I normally have light cramping during my period, but never more I sense cramps before? I’m 13dpo today and AF expected in 2 days. I normally get spotting 2-3 days before AF but I haven’t had anything.

Cramping is a symptom of PMS. PMS stands for premenstral syndrome. Premenstral means before your period.
