Similar here. Current s/o is not that type of guy. We are compatible enough in our normal relationship but we would not be a compatible couple in a BDSM relationship and couldn't picture ever calling him daddy or even sir, much less letting him do daddy or sir type things to/for me cuz that is just not him and i can't see him that way. There's only been one person I've been able to call daddy and it's not my current. I tried with an ex and it just didn't work, so never did it again. Then I was fwb with a guy for a bit and I called him daddy and it just came naturally. My current is far from "daddy" he's so sweet and nice and gentle I just can't picture calling him daddy😂 
I still enjoy erotica with it, but can't do it in the bedroom🤷🏻‍♀️
