How often is your baby up in between naps?

My baby is 4.5 months old and seems to nap every 2 hours. Just curious to see others.. she also only naps for 30 minutes 🤦🏻‍♀️

I talked to a sleep specialist, 30-40 minute naps with a 1.5-2.5 hour gap are normal at this age ☺️

His first wake window of the day is the shortest, has been 45 minutes but is lengthening past week to 1.5 hours.
I’m making a concerted effort to keep him up for 2 hours unless he is very tired for the rest of the naps.
He sleeps 30 minutes on the dot with one longer nap (has to be on me) for 1.5-2.5 hours a day. 
I’d like to get him to 2-3 longer naps, that will come soon when he can connect his sleep cycles better.

He's awake for usually 1.5 to 2 hours and then naps for 30-60 minutes usually. Sometimes he'll nap up to 2 hours if conditions are just right.
