Sick and Mommy Guilt

So my amazing husband (who is a teacher) brought home a nasty cold. My 9 month old and I are currently suffering but my husband is feeling well. Since I've felt like shit all day, he has been taking care of our daughter. I just feel so guilty because when he was sick he worked and helped me with the baby and now that I'm sick I'm trying to help as much as I can but I feel like shit 😫🤧😷. I'm not writing this because he is complaining but because I feel bad that I can't help more. Sorry just needed to vent!
