Getting a filling when pregnant

My filling on the back of my front tooth just fell out completely so I'm going in tomorrow to get it fixed. I have always hated the dentist 😩 not so much the dentist but the needle and numbing is what freaks me out. Anyone else have a filling done while pregnant? I'm 32 weeks and have no problem laying on my back so I'm sure it'll be fine. Just looking for some reassurance 😥
