Can’t orgasm

Hey all!

I’m 20 years old and have never orgasmed. Not during sex, not during masturbation. I’ve been masturbafing since I was like 15, and feel no shame around it. I grew up with very sex/health positive parents/friends/schools so I don’t think it is a shame or mental thing. I lost my virginity to my boyfriend about a year ago. I am absolutly in love with him and the sex is amazing. However, I have never come!! It doesn’t really bother me that much Bc sex is still great but I can’t help but wonder what is wrong with me!! When my boyfriend eats me out/I use my womanizer it feels really amazing, but then it gets so intense that it almost starts to hurt and I inevitably tell my boyfriend to stop/turn off the vibrator. It almost feels like too good and I feel like if I could push past it I would come but I never have! I do take 40mg of Prozac which I know impacts orgasms. However, my libido is still very much there. I’m always horny and down for sex, just can’t come! Going off the Prozac really isn’t an option, since I have severe panic attacks when I’m not on the meds.

Anyway, TLDR: 20 year old who has sex and masturbates frequently (including with vibrator). Can’t orgasm because the feeling gets too intense and I feel like I have to stop.

Techniques/personal stories/words of advice/comfort/you telling me that I’m not a freak and will orgasm one day are all greatly appreciated.
