Extreme TMI (Sorry)

Okay so ladies... I gave birth to my daughter November 5th of 2019 and at my 6 week postpartum appointment I had gotten the Depo Shot (birth control)... Since December 31st I’ve had bleeding up until now which has been exactly 21 days. I’ve had heavy bleeding to almost nothing to actually nothing. Extremely irregular bleeding to never knowing if I need a pad/tampon or not.. well today I used the bathroom and had a tampon in which when I had pulled out was a odd clot on it.. also the next two pads had similar clotting but larger and painful coming out.. I’m not sure what it is or if it’s normal so please someone help me and tell me what could be going on..
