I asked yesterday and I didn’t get much response!

I love to do bodypump. I’ve been doing it for five years. My weekly routine is 2-3 bodypump classes mixed with some HIIT and running on the treadmill. I recently found out I was pregnant and I am just hoping for some pointers on how to modify bodypump during pregnancy but still participate in the class.

I went down on my squat weight...anything else I should know?

I’m going to complete cut HIIT out and just do walks and light jogs. My body has always been sensitive to high intensity cardio. When I have a steady, committed month of cardio workouts, my period is always late, so I’m a little anxious about doing cardio. My first pregnancy in Sept 2018 ended with a missed miscarriage so I am just generally super anxious about everything 🙈.
