Hey loves.... I am on a self care and womens health journey and would love for you to share things that are or have worked for you. I have been trying to eat clean and low carb. Low carb until i get rid of unwanted body fat. Right now I eat plenty of green leafy veggies and take a womens multi vitamins. I also drink lemon water and also apple cidar vinegar. Are there things that have been making you feel good and have been working for you?????? I just bought this.
