What to Expect at First Prenatal Appointment?

I have my first prenatal appointment this Thursday and am wondering if any mamas who have already had their appointments can give me an idea of what to expect.

For reference, I will be 11w4d at this appointment. I had a transvaginal viability ultrasound at 7w5d, where my husband and I got to see the lil babe and hear his/her heartbeat. I am expecting a vaginal exam at this appointment and maybe a urine and blood test? Any advice/input would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
