Need thoughts on letrozole (not a long post, promise)

So my doctor suspects I have PCOS but he’s not sure because I’m not symptomatic other than IRREGULAR periods (3 months apart, but now 5 months ever since D&C in 2018) and some small cysts on my ovaries. I’ve had plenty blood tests, 2 fertility panels and 5 ultrasounds done. All I’ve heard was “normal” and “I’m not sure.”

My doctor is open with my suggestions. So I’m thinking about suggesting letrozole because I don’t really think I’m ovulating even though I have positive OPKs every other day.

Any experience with letrozole? Or maybe suggest another ovulation medication for me to research and maybe suggest? Been over a year TTC naturally and with supplements.
