Late ovulation? Second round of provera and clomid?

I have PCOS. This is my first month taking provera, and clomid. I ovulated on CD 19, and today is 15 Dpo.. I already have irregular cycles and when I tested yesterday it was negative. Am I out this month? When should I call my doctor about starting my second round of provera and clomid? If I somehow am pregnant and it’s just taking longer (I’ve seen videos of women that don’t get the faintest line until 15 dpo) I don’t want to ruin anything. I’m so lost 😭
