Diastasis Recti?

Sooo I know women can get this from pregnancy. I had a baby four months ago and I’m not sure if I have it? I’ve tried to find oht in my own but it’s kinda hard to tell? Would this be something I can ask my gynecologist? Or? I go next week for my annual appoint so I’m thinking about asking. I know they are specialized in female anatomy in stuff so I DONT know if it’s a strange question to have my doctor see?
