Soo I have major anxiety, I’ll get super nauseous, & light headed, and other stuff butttttt my question is has anyone in here experienced birth with anxiety? I’m scared I’m going to freak myself out and cause all my symptoms to make everything worse😭
I need some reassurance that other people struggle and have done it also!
