Help?

Need answers as to what the hell this is? And the flash made the 2nd pic look red but it is actually dark brown. Clotting like that has been happening for a while now. Havent gotten my period in a month and counting. Took pregnancy test on Jan 12, 2020 and it said negative. The first picture differs between peach colored, and dark brown. No odor, and no pain while urinating. Had mirena removed since April 22, 2019. Still TTC #1
