OMG! HELPP !

I’m four weeks late, I’ve been having strong mood swings, lower back pain, lower abdominal pressure/pulling feeling... , I had breast pain the week of my missed period, etc.. my boyfriends mother and grandma swear that I am pregnant. His grandma said when she looked at me all she could see was me “full term” so they swear I’m pregnant. But not having very many symptoms. I took a test a week ago and it was negative. I have had a uti the past few weeks too. & his mother had a really bad one when she was pregnant with him. And didn’t know she was pregnant until 3 months along. Idk.. super stressed... should I test again? Does first morning pee really make a difference?
