Moms pregnant with second child

During your first pregnancy were you able to hide your pregnancy until 12 weeks from family? My FIL is leaving to go out of the country for about a month and I want to tell everyone together. I’m only 6+6 so I’m not comfortable telling everyone yet. Help! I want to tell between 12-14 weeks!
