Cycle day 37 18 dpo no period

Really bad back pains and no sign of period. Normal 33 day cycles. Had an hsg done on 12/26 ovulated 1/3. Where the hell is my period? I haven’t tested today because I’m out of tests but I tested negative yesterday.
