Constipated 3 year old

My daughter potty trained and slightly after she started getting constipated and complaining her butt and stomach hurt. I feel like she’s holding it which cause her constipation because she’s scared of the toilet and I’ve had to use suppositories on her + miralax in the morning but the only thing that seems to help is the suppositories but I don’t want to do that everyday just to make her poop! I’m thinking of taking her to an urgent care because I won’t get out in time to take her to the pediatrician. What do you guys think?? We’ve also tried fiber foods and fiber gummies for the last 3-4 days.
