What does this mean?

My bbt is usually up and down the whole cycle but this cycle it has just gone up from ovulation. 
Why could this be?

Because you’ve ovulated

Well it too early to be pregnancy so it will just be Ovulation. If you fall pregnant it wint be until 7-12dpo before implantation and production of hcg. So keep temping

Following along to see if you get any good news 😊 I’m going through the same right now. I believe we’re either the same dpo, or around there (I’m 9dpo today). The first pic is my current chart, the bottom is the month before (Dec). Like you said, I usually am very up and down but this cycle is different.

Some cycles can be different from time to time, I have PCOS and when I've ovulated in the past it would be like a stepping rise then fall but then other times it's just slowly gone up and then dropped. I've had some wonky charts myself it all depends on those hormones as progesterone is a heating hormone but estrogen is a cooling hormone. Good luck 🤞🏻🙏🏻😊
