Maternity Leave!
This is for the UK ladies. When are you guys taking maternity leave? My boss is after me to make a decision and I'm only just going to be 20 weeks tomorrow. I have no clue when I'm supposed to start it. Do I need loads of time off before hand? 🤷🏻♀️ I work in retail 16 hours a week so on my feet every day I'm in work and it's our busy time of year. This is my first baby and I'm due 10th June. TIA!!
