I’m registered at all three of those! 
Target is my main registry, but I have the others open kind of like a backup for items I wanted but couldn’t find at Target. 
You also get a free sample bag at Target and Buy Buy Baby simply just for making your registry! You just have to pick them up in store.

We registered at Target and Amazon, used myregistry.com as a one stop shop.

Got everything in the mail sent directly to my house I love it. I had a Covid Baby-shower and I did an opening of gifts over a zoom meeting. I loved it so much I was able to see who purchased me gifts so I can send thank you cards. I am able to pick the items and quantity  I wanted so that way there were no duplicates of items and I didn’t get anything I didn’t want. It compares the prices from other stores and gives the cheapest price and that was just amazing in my eyes. You can also purchase the baby box for closer to your baby shower which just has sample products which are wonderful.

Amazon for the win. they let you create a diaper fund for $$$ and give you 20% of diapers for babies first year of life if you register through them!
