Prednisone (steroid) munchies
I am struggling! It makes me so hungry but I need healthier options that taste and sound as appetizing as the bad stuff 😩
I should add I’m on it for 6 weeks and really struggle with losing weight as it is so I’m wanting to try to avoid gaining more instead!
