Cramping and right side back pain

Alright folks 17w5d here, and at night I cramp which I just chalked up to a bunch of gas bc I get super gasy at night cause once I start moving around or farting it goes away lol but nowwwww I’m having right sided back pain. I can’t figure it out. It’s only when I try to sleep. It wakes me up. I thought maybe it was kidney so I’ve been drinking cranberry and peeing a lot to cleanse myself but it’s happen two nights in a row and I’m getting cranky and worried 🤦🏼‍♀️😭🤬
