Anyone else having a hard time gaining weight???

I’m 13 weeks 3 days and the bump is definitely there but my weight hasn’t increased at all...want to make sure I’m eating enough for my babe!

I’m 17 weeks and I’m actually still 5 pounds under my start weight. You don’t need to be gaining a bunch of weight, especially that early on. As long as you’re getting the right nutrients and being healthy, you’re fine!

I lost weight before I got pregnant I was 230 due to height but when I went to the doctor I was down to 218 so I might be all belly

I’ve lost 6 pounds so far. I didn’t gain weight with my second until I was 24 weeks. My first I gained 10 in the first trimester. Every pregnancy is different. If your doctor isn’t worried, don’t worry.

In the same boat, 15 weeks and down about 6 pounds since getting pregnant. My bump is visible but my doctors don’t seemed concerned as baby keeps growing.

I lost weight before I found out I was pregnant and your doctor will tell you the first trimester isn't really a concern for you to gain weight and you actually only increase calorie intake by 300 in the second trimester. Eating for two is just a saying. If you're underweight you should gain more, if overweight gain less, and in between no more than 25 lbs total. Just ask your doctor what they think is appropriate for you. I gained like 3 lbs by the time I was 12 weeks. My next appointment is Monday so I'll see how I'm doing. I'm actually terrified of being huge and overly fat and the end lol. I still eat though and snack healthy during the day.

I am 15 weeks today and I have lost 5 lbs since starting. Not showing at all yet either. I can tell my lower belly is more firm. My doctor said with my nauseous it’s fine and that I should slowly start gaining weight by the 20 week scan.
