What do you mean by struggling?  With choosing what to give?  Or LO not wanting them?

More with him just not wanting to eat much of anything besides toast and his puffs 😂 he used to gag so hard he'd puke every time I gave him any type of solids. But I switched back to purees for a little while and now he's fine with solids, he just doesn't like anything. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Little food yes ,he has trouble putting it in his mouth.
But 
I do cut up sweet potatoes with cinnamon 
 pasta 
Cauliflower 
Asparagus heads 
Ect ect
