Right I know this is really TMI, and I’m sorry that I’m actually showing this but can someone please help me.

I don’t know what this is, I am sexually active with my boyfriend but my vaginal area feels really sore and feels uncomfortable when I am using the toilet. And now I’ve just noticed this discharge. I started noticing I was sore after sex, on Monday and now today I have this discharge.
