Cant seem to make new friends

I’m 26 and I have a 16 week old son and just getting the confidence to go to a few baby classes but I’m finding it hard to make friends (for him and me). Feeling a bit hopeless now! He is also not sleeping well because he’s been teething for a few weeks now but that’s another story, and I’ve been working from home at the same time so a bit stressful! How does everyone seem to make friends so quickly? Or do you? (Also anyone from Gloucestershire suggestions are welcome) 😊
