Top tips for heartburn?

Anyone come across some good remedies for heartburn? I have been taking Gaviscon so far (tablets and liquid) but it doesn't seem to be doing much now.
What else have people tried please?

Rennies help me more than gaviscon but when rennies don’t help I eat krackawheat wheat and rye crackers from Jacobs. I usually hate crackers but those ones I find not only tolerable, but help too

I was prescribed Peptac which is similar to gaviscon I think, but it would still only give me a bit of relief for a very short time. Nothing else worked unfortunately, no matter what or when or how little I ate. But the good news is within a couple of days of giving birth it was completely gone.

I found Tesco’s own was more effective than gaviscon or tennis!

Milk makes it worse, Rennie worked for me but I've heard a lot of people swear by sweets like Palma violets as there nice and chalky.
Also try to eat little and often and if you can elevate the head end of your bed that should help to.

Not a home remedy but gaviscon didn't do anything for me I bought the rennies chewable and they were amazing when I was pregnant!

I drank a load of milk to help mine but I never managed to get any real comfort.
