Bridesmaid dresses for different sized and coloured bridesmaids

I just got engaged and there are 3 awesome ladies that I want in my bridal party. Two amazing friends and my sister! All three of these gals are different.

My little sister is lightskin (you know pretty fair mixed girl with dark brown eyes and jet black hair. She is tall and skinny...size 2...about 5"7...no boobs).

My best friend is very very fair (she's British and has dark brown hair and clear blue eyes. Also she is a thicker/curvy girl...size 16...about 5"2..very busty).

My other really good friend is fair (she has brownish red hair with more red and brown eyes. She's tall and has a solid build...size 12...about 5"10...very busty).

I want an autumn wedding. The warm rich jewel tone colours. I would really prefer them all to wear the same dress and same colour. But what's more important to me is making sure each of them feel beautiful and are genuinely comfortable in their dresses.

For example, I'm not going to make them wear something that's tight and mermaid style because I know that the solid and curvy girls will not suit it or feel comfortable in it.

What do you think? How do I accommodate all body styles? Without washing them out? Keep in mind, I'm also worried about the colours. Something super light would wash them out. Something super dark might not suit their complexions especially in the rustic barn wedding setting. I feel like I have a super diverse group of beauties!
